Order Processing Time and Cut-off Time:

The order processing time is 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). The order cut-off time will be 5:00 PM (Central Time)

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Time:

Estimated Shipping/Transit Time: 5–10 Business Days (Mon–Fri).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–12 Business Days, including order processing.

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@sivellora.com or call us at +1 (646) 836-9703.

Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit 

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
